The guesthose and apartments are owned and operated by an expat American and Venezuelan and have been in business for over six years as a guesthouse. The former (expat American) having lived on the island for over 15 years with extensive windsurf and kite experience. All rooms and apartments are in our quiet, private tropical compound which is located only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and all the windsurf and kitesurf schools and rentals, grocery stores and restaurants. We recently finished four, new, one bedroom and one bath apartments that enjoy fantastic mountain and ocean views. All apartments have airconditioning, ceiling fans, balconies and porches with hammocks for your relaxation, full kitchen, full bath with hot water. Apartments are equipped with all linens and towels, one double bed in bedroom and a sofa cama that makes into a bed which sleeps two people in the living room. The kitchens are equipped with a refridgerators, four burner gas stove tops, range hood, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster oven, glasses, plates and utinsels and ample storage space. The guesthouse rooms are in a separate building on the lower level of the owners living quarters. All rooms have their own bath with hot water, airconditioning, mini fridges, ceiling fans and hammocks on the porches for your use. Double rooms have one double bed and one single bed. And there are rooms with one double bed. Maid service is provided on a daily basis (except Sundays) and linens are changed every two days. There is an outdoor shower as you enter the front gate which is used to wash off beach sand. Towels are not to be taken to the beach
